My life with an autistic child

A few days ago my husband finally broke me down and we got a new dog. He’s mixed with pit but he is the sweetest thing ever. I live the bond he has with my son already. When my son falls asleep Loki tries to wake him up or he will lay down next to him. He seems like he’s annoyed by him when he’s awake but he misses him when he goes to sleep. It’s so cute! My son just loves dogs so much I think it’s good for him to have one of his own. We dog sat awhile back. We must have had these dogs for 2 weeks maybe 3, but son got so attached them he was upset when it was time for them to leave. So I knew eventually I would have to get him his on dog and honestly I’m glad I did.
